If you find yourself people-pleasing, agreeing when you'd rather not, shrinking away, or avoiding confrontation instead of speaking your truth and advocating for yourself, this series is for you. Discover strategies to stay calm and composed, even around those who trigger you, making it easier to think clearly and make decisions that truly align with your values. It's time to reclaim your power and confidence and step into your role as your own hero. Join us and transform how you interact with difficult people.


Session Goals & Outcomes:

  • Build a toolbox of resources to self-soothe and regulate emotions.
  • Learn how to practice your pause and resource yourself in moments of being triggered.
  • Navigate difficult relationships while maintaining your power and breaking free from old cycles.

🎤 Speaker Bio:

Cassandra Love Lambert — Trauma Trained Somatic Transformational Coach, Author & TV Host

Cassandra Love Lambert is a Trauma Trained Somatic Transformational Coach, Author, TV Host, and Artist, fully certified in Clinical EFT, Brainspotting, and Somatic Attachment Therapy. A survivor of C-PTSD, Cassandra uses her expertise to guide others toward healing and empowerment. She is the creator of the 10-week "Pain into Power Process," which helps women transform their trauma into strength and resilience. Her upcoming book Into the Light: Becoming My Own Hero and her new TV show Into the Light with C-Love inspire individuals to reclaim their personal power.

To join your session, sign up for a free ShareWell account. Just click the link on the Eventbrite session or ticket page, enter your details, skip the payment page if prompted, and register. You’ll get one free session credit!

  1. Stay present, compassionate, and respectful. Attend sessions with your video on and arrive on time (group entry closes 5 minutes past start time).
  2. Share your experience, not your advice. Stories and experiences are welcome, but please refrain from telling others what you believe they should do.
