Join the Mayor's Office of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing as we celebrate DeafBlind Legacy Week. At this even we will focus on Securing Accessibility for Emergencies (SAFE) as we partner with DC HSEMA, ServeDC, MPD D/HH Unit, and Gallaudet’s DEP Program to provide training for all DC Citizens to feel safe and secure.

Agenda: 

10-11am: MODDHH and Gallaudet Disaster and Emergency Planning Program 

11am-12pm: HSEMA 

12-12:45pm: Break/Light refreshments 

12:45-1pm: Touch A Scout Car 

1-2:30pm: MPD Deaf and Hard of Hearing Unit 

2:30-4pm: Stop the Bleed
