This is a six-week program that includes a one-hour session each week, with the meeting time decided together after you sign up. We'll coordinate with everyone's schedule to ensure flexibility and make it work for all participants.

What qualifications does the coach/facilitator have?

Pam Tibbs will be your coach and she has two coaching certifications (from iPEC and The Life Coach School). She also is a 300hr certified yoga teacher.
