Steve is an experienced and knowledgeable expert in the hair industry who works to ensure salons carry innovative products and leads the research, development, and branding of HCFB’s professional hair care line, cibu®.

Gregory White, Field Education Leader

Gregory brings a well-rounded background to his role as a Field Education Leader for HCFB. With experience behind the chair and as a Salon & District Leader, empowering Guests and Salon Professionals has always been his passion. As HCFB’s resident balayage expert, Gregory’s work has been seen in print, TV and featured during Miami Fashion Week. In 2021, Gregory had the honor of being the stylist who performed a haircut on a donor with six feet of hair for the Guinness Book of World Records. Gregory’s commentary on haircare and styling tips has been featured in Business Insider and The Washington Post.
