The 37th annual DCA event will take place at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort and Dallas Gun Club! Accommodations, Panel Discussion/Happy Hour, Golf, and Gala will all take place at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort. For the first time, the sporting clay shoot will be held at the Dallas Gun Club! We have also edited the format of this year's program so please read below!
Our first event is a Panel Discussion & Happy Hour, hosted by Argus Media, on Wednesday June 19th at 5:00PM at the Omni Hotel (room TBD). This is a free event with an educational component as our panel guests speak on timely industry trends with a happy hour welcome reception.
This year, the Gala will take place the first night of the event, Wendesday, June 19th at 8:00PM. This allows groups to attend the Panel Discussion/Happy Hour, then head to dinner and return to the Omni Resort for an evening of fun at the Gala. The Gala event takes place at the Wanamaker Ballrom and Event Lawn and check-in is on-site. The cost for Pre-Reegistration is $100 and Walk-Up Registration is $115. Doors open at 8PM and Gala ends at midnight.
The golf tournament is a foursome scramble (West)or shamble (East) format with a shotgun start on Thursday, June 20th at 9:00AM. We have reserved both on-site courses at PGA Frisco, Fields Ranch East and Fields Ranch West. The East Course is a shamble format and is the more difficult course. Caddies will be provided for each foursome. Transportation is not necessary for golf this year. Check in will be on-site.
Clay shoot check in will be conducted on site at Dallas Gun Club on Thursday, June 20th. Breakfast is provided prior to the shoot with an awards luncheon to follow.
