Join Deonna and Melanie for a spiritual journey that will help to process emotions and create space for growth and healing. We will gather to celebrate the life of Rebekah Lyas, a creative and inspiring advocate for women. Rebekah's work with the homeless population reminds us of the power of connection, love, support, and community. She has taught us to be strong and resilient through life's challenges. Whether or not you had the privilege to meet her and be inspired by her presence, you're invited to move deep emotions and gather in this celebration of feminine strength. Through a slow and reflective yin yoga practice supported by reiki, sound healing, and meditation we will learn how to process grief and heavy emotions that are trapped in the physical tissues of the body and our energy, not just the emotions we recognize through the consciousness of our minds. This experience offers a safe space to feel through it all, to be seen and held as we move and share in a loving supportive spiritual community.
100% of proceeds to benefit the Lyas family.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
