Life happens. And sometimes we feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, and scared. Community Gathering is a safe place where you can show up and process however you are feeling. You will be reminded that you that you are NOT ALONE. Many of us are feeling the same emotions.
We will start our gathering with a group check-in. And then, you will be guided in a breathwork meditation to help you release and process any emotions you are feeling. All you need a comfortable and private place to lay down, breathe and relax.
If you're unable to attend live, you will be emailed the recording of the class for you to practice at a later time.

About Breathwork

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that can help you reduce stress and anxiety and gain mental clarity.
In this session, we will use a two stage breathing pattern to help your body enter into a relaxed state. This active form of breathing can help you to de-stress, process stored memories and emotional blocks in the body, and experience improved self-awareness and mental clarity.
All you need is a comfortable and private place to lie down, breathe, and relax.
