About this event

Join me on Zoom for a donation based breathwork class—a space to release, reset, and find peace within.

We’ll be practicing Active Breathwork, also known as Three-Part Breath—a powerful technique designed to shift CO2 levels and temporarily quiet the parts of the brain associated with ego and self-awareness. This practice can help:

✨ Balance and regulate the nervous system
✨ Improve emotional resilience and mindfulness
✨ Support trauma healing and release stored tension
✨ Strengthen immune health

No prior experience is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to breathe deeply.

⚠️ Please note: This practice is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or epilepsy.

Let’s come together, breathe through the noise, and reconnect to ourselves. Reserve your spot now.
