As we celebrate International Women's Day in March I want to celebrate women who have inspired me and share their stories with you. When we see something, say something right? So I am sharing some really great women who have inspired me to be a better leader with all of you! and let's grow!

We don't go through life; we GROW through life and together we can build a beautiful garden that has our unique roots within it.


Now, you may ask, What is Coffee With Kelly?

I am often asked if I have time for a phone call or a cup of coffee and with my busy schedule, I am not always able to say yes. I thought I would organize a morning to have "Coffee with Kelly" so that a few people can come meet me over my favorite beverage and ask me anything they want about career advice, personal growth, or to get a little inspiration that maybe you aren't getting elsewhere.

Sometimes it's nice just knowing people are out there to support you.

All you need to do is reserve your spot by registering, grab your coffee the morning of, and log into the Zoom link I will send after you register.

This is open to a small group only so if this sounds like something you want to attend and gather around the table for conversation and inspiration then register today.

Someone once reached out a hand to help me and gave me the gift of their time so this is my way of paying it forward for other people who are in that place that I was.

Kelly Merbler is the founding Principal of The Kelly Merbler Company, LLC which is a leadership consulting firm based in South Florida specializing in Strengths-Based employee engagement programs, executive coaching, keynote speaking and leadership development programs.

She has partnered with a wide range of senior executives and management teams to help discover opportunity, inspiration, ideas, possibility, significance and meaning on both an individual, one-to-one basis and within a peer group setting that yields exponential returns for participants across all dimensions of life.

Kelly served as the President of The Florida Staffing Association where she was on the board for four years.
