Whiskey, or literally, “the water of life”, has provided the foundation for some of the best and most nuanced cocktails over the last 250 years. In this class you will taste through the whiskey and learn and practice the techniques to make and perfect 8 cocktails using them under the guidance of Common Good’s Beverage Director Chad Hauge. He has spent over 18 years in the bar industry and has served as the Beverage Director for then Michelin-Starred Whiskey Pub Longman & Eagle in Chicago, curating their acclaimed whiskey list for many years and designing their cocktails.
