Can I get in at the door?

Yes, there will be limited capacity at the door throughout the night if capacity allows.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days before the event. They can be exchanged for tickets to other Matinee events upon request up to 7 days before the event. Email hey@matinee.club.

Can I make a reservation for a birthday, special occasion, or large group?

Yes, table reservations are available in the ticket options. Email hey@matinee.club for details.

What's the minimum age?

Legally it's 21+ to get in, but emotionally it's 30+. Gen Z we love you, but this is our safe space.
