Chronic Disease Self-Management Program

This six-week virtual workshop supports those with hypertension or at risk to learn how to manage symptoms and medications, eat healthy and create an exercise program.

• Classes are on Tuesdays.
• 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Bedford Health Center coordinates and hosts a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of Bedford-Stuyvesant residents. Our partners also offer both primary care and social services, such as assistance with insurance enrollment and SNAP.
