Childbirth Basics: Virtual classes are free.

Join us for our NEW Childbirth Basics class covering the very basics of labor, delivery, recovery, and care with Northwest Women's Center.

Class taught by a highly experienced labor and delivery Registered Nurse. She will prepare you for a confident and empowered birth experience!

Registration for the classes will end as soon as the class reaches its max capacity or two days before the class.

You will receive a evite email with the link a few days before the class. If you do not recieve your evite to the class a few days before the class, please check your spam folder.

If you do not see the evite 24 hours before the class starts , please email roxana.sepahi@northwestmedicalcenter.com right away.

RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BE AT LEAST 28 WEEKS OR MORE PREGNANT IN YOUR THIRD TRIMESTER WHEN YOU TAKE THIS CLASS.

• Signs of labor/understanding labor and delivery
• The labor and birth process/pain management
• Comfort and care for unmedicated in labor
• IV pain meds and epidural pain management in labor
• Cesarean births
• interventions and medical procedures.
• The Women’s Center procedures, including Covid-19 policies
• Postpartum care
