Together, we'll explore practices that cultivate self-love, embrace authenticity, and strengthen resilience. Whether you're looking to recharge, reflect, or simply be present in a supportive environment, this event invites you to center yourself in pride and inner peace. Join us for a heart-centered journey, and come dressed in comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a friend or two!

Parking & Transportation Information:
Parking is free and just requires an access code to exit which will be provided at the time of the event via email. The office is both metro and bus accessible as we are just a few blocks from the Rockville Metro station. The building is also wheelchair accessible.
