What to Expect:Restorative yoga is a slow, soothing practice that uses props to support the body in restful poses, allowing you to fully relax & unwind. As you settle into each posture, Reiki energy will be infused into the space, promoting deep healing & energetic alignment. This class is perfect for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your relaxation practice.
