  • Are you (peri)menopausal and find it much harder to find the (mental) energy to commit to the health & fitness routine you can stick to long-term?

  • All the smart tech, tracking and measuring health data and you still struggling to maintain newly formed health and fitness habits?
  • Do you feel like you lack willpower and discipline and that's why you struggle to succeed?


You will develop an understanding of the why new habit formation & change is so hard, you will become more self-aware of what your stumbling blocks are and will learn about some tools that set you on the right way towards more sustainable health & fitness goals.

We will:

Look at some of the reasons why making long-term changes is so challenging

Look your psychological strong points & start developing a strategy to make them work for you so you can maintain a succesful health & fitness routine. You will receive a link to a survey beforehand that you should ideally complete before

Start working on the underlying values important to you that can support your motivation when willpower & disciple alone can only go that far.

Work on understanding your own motivators best and become more self-aware about your personal stumbling blocks when it comes to maintaining habits

Start learning about tools that you can employ in the future that will help you not only reach your goals but maintain what you achieved.

NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP INTRODUCES CONCEPTS AND GIVES YOU TOOLS YOU CAN START EMPLOYING. YOU ARE STARTING TO DEVELEOP NEW PSYCHOLOGICAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS AND THOSE WILL TAKE TIME & PRACTICE OUTSIDE THE SESSION TO CONTINUE WORKING ON.

As a fitness professional, former age group and national league level athlete, and a Sport Psychologist i.T I have over 15 years of experience in the health & fitness industry and I use various psychological techniques to support my clients' own abilities to create a more sustainable health & fitness journey for themselves.

To group size could be up to 15. This workshop is intended to introduce concepts, create self-awareness and show you tools that might be valuable to you.

Do I have to participate/turn my video on?

This is entirely up to you. My workshops are intended to be a safe space without judgment so questions etc are welcome, but you don't have to actively participate or turn your video on
