This interactive training equips social workers, counselors, case managers, and other professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to build trusting, empowering, and collaborative relationships with multisystem-involved youth and their families. By the end of this training, participants will have practical tools and actionable strategies to strengthen their client-centered practice, promote resilience, and enhance outcomes for the youth and families they serve. The material will be delivered by PowerPoint presentation, short video clips, group discussion, breakout (small group) discussions and participant workbook (handout).
