Just come as you are! No equipment required. Dress in everyday wear. There will only be seated breathwork practices.

Do I need experience with breathwork?

Absolutely not, all experience is welcome! The breathwork practices will be accessible to all levels and will focus on mostly down regulating, centering breath so open to those with underlying health conditions.
