Learning the art of boundary-setting is an ever evolving and growing skill. In this interactive and engaging hour, we will talk about protecting our peace through practicing good boundary-setting in the work we do. The skill of setting appropriate boundaries (especially in a grind culture) is essential for our own wellness and a way to model this essential skill to the youth we work alongside.
