Prerequisite: Boundaries 101, Boundaries 201

Boundaries 301 is a 3.5 hour session that builds on Boundaries 101 and 201. Participants will learn advanced techniques for boundary-setting in complex situations, setting boundaries with difficult people, and maintaining boundaries over time. This training will include interactive exercises and discussions that will provide opportunities to practice these techniques and develop a personal action plan for staying true to boundaries. The session concludes with Q&A and feedback to ensure an understanding of the content and practical application of advanced tools and techniques for boundary-setting.
