Prerequisite: Boundaries 101

Boundaries 201 will allow participants to explore the foundation of their boundaries identified in the foundational trainings. This 2-hour training will introduce participants to the concept of love and fear-based boundaries and its impact on an individual's ability to enforce and maintain healthy boundaries. Participants will be introduced to strategies for setting boundaries assertively and respectfully, saying "no'' effectively. The session concludes with Q&A and feedback to ensure participants thoroughly understand the content.
