About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join NYC H2O and Sophie Cozine, Clinical Herbalist, for a botanical journey around the Ridgewood Reservoir. Nestled on the Brooklyn-Queens border, this beautiful natural area offers a unique blend of native plants and seasonal wildflowers. On the walk, we will explore the medicinal, edible, and ecological significance of the flora in the park such as Mugwort, Plantain, and Goldenrod, and learn about the health benefits they provide.

We will meet in the parking lot across from the reservoir which is located at 52-8 Vermont Place, Glendale, NY, 11385. The google map link can be found here.
