Join us for the kickoff of Books & Brunch on April 12, a premier open-air market where literacy, culture, food, and community come together in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona! This is not just another market—it’s an immersive experience that merges the love of books, food, and vibrant local businesses to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

If you’re a boutique, artist, author, independent bookseller, handmade artisan, or food vendor, this is your opportunity to showcase your brand in an energetic, high-traffic event that is set to become one of the biggest cultural gatherings in Phoenix. EVENT DETAILS

📅 Kickoff Date: Every Second Saturday | April 12, 2025

🕙 Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Rain, Sleet, or Shine!)

📍 Location: Arizona Center, 455 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Vendor Setup: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM (No setup beyond 10:00 AM. Vendors must be ready to sell at 9:30 AM sharp.)

• Booth Spaces: Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after ticket purchase. Do not claim a space until assigned by the organizer.

• Electricity: Not provided. Vendors must bring their own power source if needed. Absolutely no gas generators allowed.

• Parking: One free parking space per booth. Vendors must unload their gear, park, and then set up their booth.

• Load-In Instructions: Vendors will load in from the designated vendor entrance. Vehicles must be removed from the unloading area before setting up. At breakdown, pack up your booth before retrieving your vehicle.

VENDOR GUIDELINES

To maintain the integrity of Books & Brunch, all vendors must adhere to the following:

✔️ No resale of vendor spaces – spaces are non-transferable.

✔️ No multi-level marketing (MLM) or promotional services are allowed.

✔️ No third party sponsorships without our approval and direct payment to the organizers.

Disclaimer and Criteria to keep with the integrity of the open air markets:

ABSOLUTELY NO RESELLING OF VENDOR SPACES.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. Artists, boutiques and resellers are accepted as long as you present your products in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products.

This is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Adult Themed Products are allowed

We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.

Refunds: No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Credits are honored on a case by case basis.

Please note this is a rain or shine event.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed.

Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed.

Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.

Certain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors as permitted by the organizers.

Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.

MORNING, AFTERNOON & EVENING MARKETS:

FOR TENT VENDORS: Please bring a power generating source to power your equipment. Electricity will NOT be offered or provided for any booth at any time booth. You will need to provide your own power supply and lights for your lighting as needed. Feel free to get as funky as you want with your lights as long as it does not affect your neighbors lighting set up. (If you need really bright lights, consider side walls for your canopy) ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS TO POWER LIGHTS.

Set-up time is from 8am - 10am. Be ready to sell by 10am. All vehicles must be out of the valet area after unloading. Please do not set up with your car in the valet area.

Please have a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement.Vendors must be ready to sell by 10am.

You may begin packing up no earlier than 2:45pm.

FREE PARKING for one car for each booth.

ALL VENDORS WILL LOAD IN FROM THE 3RD STREET VALET PARKING. CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET AT DESIGNATED TIMES FOR LOADING FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING. Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then park. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS IN THE LOADING ZONE. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.

There are restrooms available on sight.

This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.
