Sit at a desk all day? In and out of the car? Just want to learn some new movements? Join us for our first ever Wellness Wednesday, led by B’More Kind member and pilates instructor, Arielle Gordon! She’ll share tips for getting those all-too important stretches in and lead us through a movement-based workshop, so wear something comfy and get ready to lengthen those muscles!
Following our movement moment, we’ll gather for the connection and conversation that has become signature to B’More Kind events. Special thanks to Peabody Heights Brewery for co-hosting and opening their space to us! If you haven’t indulged in their delightful brews before, you’re in for a treat — sip while there and plan to take home a six-pack or two.
