About the Retreat Hosts:
Angie Johnson
Angie Johnson has degrees in environmental health and nursing and has been working as a registered nurse for over 30 years. As a nurse, Angie has received certificates in healing touch which is useful at work and home. Essential oils also play a role in work and home life. Angie grew up on a farm, and there she learned to love all vegetables which still holds true. Incorporating veggies into every day and being mindful of what she eats has been a priority for all of her adult life. Feeding people healthy food and sharing nutritional information with others makes this girl happy.
Gina Seashore
Gina Seashore is a Group Experience Designer, Certified Life Coach, Musician, and Teacher with a degree in sociology. As a former co-host of The Fika Experiment, a women’s group focused on thematic discussions and wellness workshops, she has a rich background in facilitating transformative, community-centered experiences. Gina specializes in crafting group workshops, wellness retreats, community events, and nature-based activities that inspire connection, creativity, and personal growth. Passionate about helping individuals step out of the everyday, she creates spaces where participants can reflect, recharge, and build deeper relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Tanya Aubin
Tanya Aubin is an award-winning marketing and communications professional with a passion for fostering connection, resilience, and personal growth. She holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego and certifications in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and Trauma Awareness, Resilience and Restorative Approaches. Her expertise spans mediation, community organization, leadership, intercultural competence and trauma awareness and resilience. As a former co-host of The Fika Experiment, a women’s group focused on thematic discussions and wellness workshops, Tanya has cultivated spaces for meaningful conversation and empowerment. Now, as a co-host of BLOOM: A Practical Wellness Retreat for Women, she is dedicated to guiding women toward balance, self-discovery, and renewed vitality.
