What is the refund policy?

If your Black Rose Tea gift has shipped, a partial refund will be provided up to 10 days before the start of the course. If your Black Rose Tea gift has NOT shipped at the time of the refund request, a full refund (minus any taxes) will be provided up to 10 days before the start of the course.

What is the time committment for the course?

Each weekly live session is 1.5 hours (total of 10.5 hours). The overall time commitment varies depending the time you put into the assignments and training exercises assigned between sessions.

What happens if I miss a live session?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, the live sessions are not recorded, so you will not be able to go back and watch a session that you missed. Additionally, if you miss 2 sessions, you will be dropped from the course without a refund.

Will I still get 14 professional development hours if I miss a session?

No. You must attend ALL 7 sessions to earn the professional development hours.

How do I access the course?

Each week a new Zoom link will be emailed to you at least 1 hour before the session's start time. This is for security reasons as this is a closed live group course, as well as to ensure students have completed that week's prerequisite assignment or task before starting the next lesson.

What are the technology requirements for this event?

You'll need a computer, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
