Black Love Healing Circle: Wilmington, DE

To holistically empower the Black community, combining physical, mental, and spiritual wellness practices with community support.

Although many of our participants have some religious background and many churches allow us to use their spaces, this is not a religious event. This is for those who identify as black and could benefit from communal support on their journey.

Sound healing and breath work are forms of experiential therapy. Science shows that specific sound frequencies and breathing patterns can release stress, anxiety and even trauma from the body. We use those to heal our community.

Attendees should wear comfortable attire and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, notepad, pen, blanket and an eye mask. We recommend those with lower back pain to bring a bolster. For your convenience, eye masks and yoga mats will be available for purchase or rental at the venue.
