Hallie Rogers is the founder of Better Beginnings, a company committed to providing excellent birth doula and postpartum doula services for families welcoming new babies, as well as in-home lactation support, digital courses for expecting parents, in-home massage therapy and meal services, sleep consultation, and placenta encapsulation since 2013. Hallie is a certified postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor and parent educator. She lives in Saint Paul with her husband and four children and loves serving families with top notch care from the incredible professionals in her company.

Laura Griffis has been a birth doula since 2016. It's important to her that parents feel prepared through education and be encouraged to give space for their own intuition. She believes in respecting and giving dignity to the path each person has chosen to meet their baby. In addition to her birth doula training, she is a Certified Body Ready MethodTM Pro and has training in Spinning Babies®, Hypnobirthing, and pelvic floor and core care as it relates to pregnancy and postpartum.

Lindsay Taylor has been attending births as a trained doula since 2011 and is certified through Childbirth International. Her husband and she have three children, born in a hospital birth, a surprise homebirth, and a planned homebirth. She was an accredited La Leche League leader for over ten years, offering breastfeeding education and support, and she enjoys supporting clients in the breastfeeding journey. She is a Christian and, at clients’ requests, comes alongside those who desire Christian prayer, worship, or rituals at their births.
