Weekly Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release group.

Special Event: The Breathgasm

In this group, I am inviting you to explore the potential of breath and energy in a relaxed, fun and respectful atmosphere. We explore two simple yet powerful breath energy Techniques created by Barbara Carrellas from Urban Tantra. Such breath techniques form the basis of Tantric and Taoist processes as well as the modern therapy work of Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen. They are enjoyable and fun and their effects can be profound and healing as well as hugely pleasurable. We invite you to expand your ecstatic potential, to drop your expectations and in a sense of play and enquiry, to explore the power of breath, awareness, movement and sound in two simple energygasm techniques

Connected breathing is a powerful breathwork technique that work on many levels: Physical, emotional and psychological simultaneously. It can support release from stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm.

Group Online breathwork sessions are becoming more popular and are increasingly proving to be effective in exploring patterns, dissolving blocks and bringing enhanced energy, grounding, freedom and release for chronic tensions.

The online biodynamic breathwork system also includes elements of movement, self-touch and massage to explore chronic body tensions that are blocking the movement of energy. An online breathwork sessions lasts about 1 hour, with time for integration.

This is a Zoom event and links are provided upon registration.

Mark Sutton:

I pursued my first career in the Scientific Field. After my successful scientific Career I engaged my passion of 20 years and moved professionally into specific areas of Breathwork and human development. In 2012 I began working in the fields of Tantra, Relationship Coaching and Massage.

In 2014,I discovered the Biodynamic Breath and Trauma release system and I undertook the professional training programme and in June 2016 became a certified BBTRS practitioner to share this work with others.

I provide individual 1:1 BBTRS sessions, facilitate breathwork groups and larger workshops. While I have specialised as a BBTRS practitioner, all my training, the combination of body-work, breath-work, the bioenergetic techniques of Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen, cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching Techniques provide a cutting edge and powerful system for supporting my clients to release trauma from their body.
