Beyond The Office: A Virtual Support Group for Federal Government Employees

Are you a federal government employee looking for a space to connect, share and find support? Join our weekly virtual support group to build coping skills, enhance self-care, and gain emotional support from others who understand your experiences.

When: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm

Where: Confidential video platform

Cost: $35 per session

Who: Open to all federal employees. Participants may use initials as identifiers, and choose to participate with screen off.

This is a safe and supportive space to talk about the unique current challenges of federal employment while learning strategies to manage stress and improve well-being.

Facilitator: Kathleen Landers, LCSW-C, Director of Sequence and her amazing team of Sequence theraists and coaches, with guest appreances by Child Therapists ( managing stress as a parent and how to explain job changes to a child) Couples Therapists ( working as a team in challenging times), Trauma and Grief Therapists ( unexpected career losses, identity impacts, financial jolts and more), Life and Wellness Coaches (Support self care and navigating transitions), and our Sequence Career Coaches ( Moving to private sector, local government options and more).
