Making and enjoying Shrubs! The popular drink of the 18th and 19th century

returns in the 21st, as discovery of this tart/sweet refreshing drink makes a comeback

alone or as a great mixer for cocktails. Join us to taste test a variety of shrubs and try

your hand at making your own shrub. Recipes to take with you will be provided to

continue experimenting at home! 2:00pm – 4:00pm at the General Store. $25.00 per
