Be Well Care Well: A 6-Part Self-Care Series


Join us for Be Well Care Well, a dynamic six-part training series dedicated to exploring self-care in the Early Childhood Education field. Each session is designed to empower educators with strategies and tools to prioritize their well-being, both personally and professionally.

We understand that when educators feel their best, they can do their best work. That’s why our Well-Being Coaches provide on-site support, resources, and actionable strategies to foster a culture of well-being in child care centers and family child care homes. Through consultation, training, and coaching, Be Well Care Well helps programs create healthy work environments that enhance job satisfaction, reduce stress, and strengthen team relationships.

Whether you're seeking practical strategies, new perspectives, or a supportive community, this series is for you. Prioritize your well-being—because you deserve to thrive.

Do I register for both times?

Please choose the time slot that works best for you and attend that session. The time slot will be either 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Will the afternoon and evening sessions contain different content?

The content will be the same in the afternoon and the evening sessions. Please choose the time that works best for you to attend.

Do I have to attend all the sessions?

To receive the best benefit, it is preferred for you to attend the complete 6 sessions at whichever time slot works best for your schedule.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance for each of these sessions?

Proof of attendance will be found in your NHCIS Training account located under the Training Tile and then Completed Training. If you are attending and do not have an NHCIS training account and require proof of attendance please reach out to us at ccrrtraining@caphr.org.
