Our classes are hands-on!

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to work with our championship BBQ instructors. You’ll work in teams to learn the art of creating award-winning craft BBQ in a fraction of the time. We’ll teach you to smoke roast, direct grill, indirect grill, and rest and hold meats on charcoal grills, gas grills, and smokers! Get hands-on with steak, chicken, and burgers!

Our small class size ensures you get an immersive in-depth BBQ experience that will accelerate your BBQ to a new level. Whether you want to become a backyard hero, elevate your current game, or learn competition tricks, this class covers it all. Classes are great for guys' night outs, or date nights!

This is a hands-on class and you'll go head to head against other attendees to achieve the perfect grill marks and be crowned the Burger champion!

We produce a massive amount of food from our menus, and you will not leave hungry!
