About this event

You know that your baby’s feeding and sleeping is important, but how in the world do you bring any type of predictability into a day at home? And then what’s the best way to incorporate play time and finally leaving the house? In this class, we will talk through trying to make sense of your day, ensuring both mom and baby are well taken care of.

We will try to answer all those common newborn questions that come up in the first few weeks and months - hopefully, this class will put your mind at ease.

Join us for our Baby Basics series every Thursday at 10 am. This 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 class is geared toward pregnant moms and those with babies under 3 months old, but all are welcome! Meet at the Breastfeeding Center at Parkside for a casual, informative, and fun class with your newborn (and other new parents and babies at a similar stage). You will also have a chance to weigh your baby on our baby scale, and there will be a time for questions at the end of the class!

'Rhythms and Routines?' is part of our 6-week series, Baby Basics. We cover different topics each week from bringing home your baby, to how to pick a daycare, to feeding. You can join in at any week, at any point in the series. Check out our events page to see other topics and dates.

This is a free class and everyone is welcome to attend. Registration is appreciated, but not required.
