About the book:

Working and living with kids can be challenging. Days are packed with events and activities, making it easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed and downright exhausted!

Now more than ever, we all need to cultivate a little joy and gratitude in our lives. But at the same time, we need to allow ourselves the time to feel all the feels along the way. The collection of stories and anecdotes in Calm Inspiration will grant you freedom to live perfectly imperfectly in today’s world, taking care of yourself so you can better take care of others.

Born from her “Calm Blog,” author Jenny Gaynor gives us this motivational and inspiring collection of lessons from real life that supports educators, parents, and caregivers with heartfelt and honest storytelling. From friendships to roadblocks, the author shows her readers that there are lessons in everything!
