Frequently asked questions

What if I want to leave early?

We have vans taking people back from 6pm ~ 9pm. When the final act starts we will stop the van shuttles. After that you'll have to wait until the end of the concert for the big buses to leave.

What times do the buses pickup?

Typically we have them leave every hour between 11am - 4pm. If we have enough demand for any specific time we can add buses to that time. Message us what hour you want us to leave so we can put you on the right bus.

How do I know I'll get a seat on a bus coming back?

Once the bus drops you off at the Rodeo, it sits there waiting for you to come back to your seat. Your seat is saved if you buy a ticket.

Can I leave stuff on the bus?

Yes, you can but to make sure it's safe we ask that you store it under the bus. Once you go into the concert area you won't be able to leave there and get back in.

What if I want my own vehicle?

We have vans, 14 passenger buses, 24 passenger buses and 55 passenger buses available at discounted rates upon request. Text or email us at 334.444.4444 or auburnlimo@gmail.com

Organized by

Pickup location: Same place as last year. Parking lot next to The Hub apartments on Wire rd.

Drop off location: Back parking lot at the Auburn Rodeo.

Bus Schedule: 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm. If there are enough requests we can open up other buses at certain times. If a bus is less than half full you'll be dropped into the earlier time slot.

Return trip: 30 minutes after the end of the concert. We will have 2 vans running from 6pm - 10pm taking some people home early. This will be limited so plan on waiting till the buses leave at the end.

1 ticket is $60. This secures you a seat on the bus leaving at the specific time and a seat on a bus leaving 30 minutes after the concert ends.

Why is it more expensive than it was last year? Last year buses went back and forth taking people to each location. This caused a huge wait for the people trying to go back at the end of the night. A LOT of people didn't get back until after 1 am. This year you are assigned a bus. That bus will leave 30 minutes after the end of the concert. We will have smaller vans running from 6pm - 10pm taking some people home early. This will be limited so plan on waiting til the buses leave at the end.

PARKING: The best place to park or be dropped off is on New frat row. It's a short walk to the bus stop location. You can try dropping off at the bus lot but if you are blocking a bus you will have to leave immediately.

WARNING: There will be NO PARKING at the bus lot. There's only enough room for the buses. If anybody parks there they WILL get towed.

Uber/Lyft cannot drop off on the road in front of the bus lot. The police will instantly pull them over and give them tickets for impeding traffic.

Why not get an uber? You can get one going out there if you can find one. With us we're leaving on time. Takes the guessing out of it. When you get out there, cell phone service is spotty Because there's only 1 antenna that supplies service to that whole area.
