Join NYC H2O, Natural Resources Protective Association, City Councilman Joe Borelli, and DSNY for a cleanup along Arthur Kill Road!
As one of the lengthiest roads in Staten Island, Arthur Kill Rd intersects with multiple historical landmarks. The road is parallel to its namesake waterway Arthur Kill. Arthur Kill is a tidal strait within the New York-New Jersey Harbor Estuary.
The cleanup will run from 10 AM to 12 PM. We will meet at the intersection of N Bridge Street and Arthur Kill Road in Staten Island and the cleanup will end at the intersection of Arthur Kill Rd and Veterans Street. Gloves, garbage bags, and pickers will be provided.
Thanks to City Councilman Joe Borelli for his generous support of NYC H2O's environmental stewardship programs.
