Chelsea Ransom-Cooper, CFP® - Co-Founder; Zenith Wealth Partners

"I’m Chelsea Ransom-Cooper, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who’s passionate about helping women—especially founders and those in tech—take control of their financial futures. In 2020, I co-founded Zenith Wealth Partners, a fee-only financial planning and investment firm, because I saw firsthand how women and people of color often navigate financial decisions without the right support. I truly believe that wealth management isn’t just for the ultra-wealthy—it’s a journey that starts now, no matter where you are.

Before launching Zenith, I spent years as a financial planner working with families who had investment portfolios over $2 million. But I knew financial planning shouldn’t be something you access after you’ve built wealth—it should be a tool that helps you create it. That’s why I’m committed to working with Gen X and Millennial women who are building businesses, advancing in their careers, and making big money moves. As Chief Financial Planning Officer at Zenith, my team and I focus on real-life, actionable financial strategies that help our clients grow their wealth without the stress. We’re here to help you optimize your money, reclaim your time, and build the financial future you deserve.

I’ve been featured in national publications like CNBC, NPR, MarketWatch, and the Wall Street Journal, and have shared my insights across podcasts, social media, and various platforms. I’m honored to have been recognized by Investment News 40 Under 40, NerdWallet as one of the 9 Black Financial Influencers to Follow, and Financial Advisor Magazine as a Young Advisor to Watch in 2023."
