Art for Adults: Kawandi Quilting

Join us for two afternoons at the Wyomissing Public Library as we delve into the art of Kawandi quilting.

Many Kawandi quilts are created using improvisational techniques. In this two part class, students will explore the traditional art of Kawandi quilting. Using a simple running stitch, scraps of fabric are hand quilted from the outside in. Finished pieces are perfect for a small wall hanging or table center piece.
