If you've been to Jay Peak, you know our reputation is deserved—the most snow in eastern North America and a liberal in-bounds policy that ensures you can enjoy it. 78 trails, slopes and glades wait for you but the nooks and crannies are what really set Jay Peak apart. If you haven’t been here, come experience the reality behind the legend. From the far-out corners of the backcountry, to the close-at-hand convenience of The Zone learning area, there’s a little something for everyone at our larger than life mountain. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT LUXURY VILLAGE CONDOS / SLOPESIDE CONDOS
The Village Condos exemplify affordable ski in/ski out luxury. These units range from 2 bedroom condominiums with 2 bathrooms being perfect for multiple family vacationing with multiple living areas. All units are beautifully furnished and appointed with Vermont furnishings, decks, equipment lockers and are located on either the Grammy Jay or Raccoon Run trails. All spots are based on double occupancy (shared Queen bed or Sofa bed). Slopeside Condo is similar to Village Condo, but has only 1 bathroom in each unit.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: Apr 4th, 2025 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) ) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage (This is different from previous seasons as it is more convenient & safer to pick-up/drop-off indoor)
Return: Depart at 3:30 pm from mountain on Sunday Apr 6th and expect to arrive at NJ at 10:00 PM, at NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM.
COST (LODGING, LIFT TICKETS & TRANSPORTATION)
$429/$459 for 2 nights at Slopeside/Village condo sharing a queen bed or own single bed in the room ($399/$429 for 2 nights sharing a sofa-bed) and 2 day lift tickets plus bus/van. $30 own bed upgrade from shared queen bed; $160 own room upgrade from shared queen bed. $30 discount from Dec 11 to Dec 23, 2024, automatically applies.
Trip Includes: 2 nights accommodation at the Jay Peak Village condos or Slopeside condos based on 6 persons sharing a 2 beds room condo unit (sharing a queen bed/sofa bed) ski-in/ski-out. 2 days all mountain lift tickets at Jay Peak. Coach bus or van round trip transportation from NYC area.

* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 65 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 35 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 30 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:
1) The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
