Calling all Artisans and Vendors!

Join us again on Historic 8th Street for the Anderson Gaslight Festival on Saturday, August 23, 2025.

From 1973 to 2004, the Anderson Gaslight Festival celebrated the Victorian gas boom era and the Historic W. 8th Street architectural heritage. Through the Anderson Gaslight Festival event, we aim to cultivate affection and appreciation for Anderson’s past, present, and future, bringing people together to create lasting memories and strengthen the bonds that make our community thrive.

Vendor deadline for submission of applications and payment is August 13, 2025 at midnight.

Credit cards and checks are accepted forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to Anderson Indiana Main Street. Please put Anderson Gaslight Festival in the memo line. Checks may be mailed to PO Box 526, Anderson, IN 46015. We encourage you to apply early.

Booth Information

Booth Fees:

Food Truck, Food Trailer, or Food Tent

  • Single Space (12’x25’) - $100

Craft, Artisan, Group, or other For-Profit Vendor

  • Single Booth (12’x12’) - $50
  • Double Booth (12’x24’) - $100

Non-Profit Community Engagement Booth

  • Your fee is waived – enter NONPROFIT as the code when completing the form

If you need more than the above space size, please contact us so we can work with you to best achieve your goals.

Vendor Rules & Expectations

Craft, Artisan, Group, or other For-Profit Vendor:

· Craft, Artisan, Group, or other For-Profit Vendor check-in is at 8:00 am and no later than 9:30 am

· Craft, Artisan, Group, or other For-Profit Vendors are to provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and displays

· Tents must be of flame-retardant material and have a minimum of 20lbs of weight on each leg

· Electricity is limited and available to minimal booths only (NOT food trucks, trailers or tents), on a first-come, first-served basis

Food Truck, Food Trailer, or Food Tent:

· Food truck vendors check-in is at 6:00 am and no later than 7:30 am

· Food truck vendors must have Department of Health certification and comply with regulations

· Food truck vendors must provide their own water and QUIET generator (no louder than 58 decibels)

Food Truck, Food Trailer, or Food Tent, AND Craft, Artisan, Group, or other For-Profit Vendor:

· ALL Vendors must keep booth and surrounding areas clean and free of trash

· ALL Vendors may not use Anderson Gaslight Festival name or logo

· ALL Vendors must comply with all city and festival ordinances/rule/regulations

· Hours of the festival are 10 am to 7 pm. Vendors who leave early will not be invited back next year

· Trailers are to be used for loading and unloading only, unless you are a food truck vendor

· We cannot honor requests for preferred positions. Vendor will be notified of position upon arrival to check-in August 23, 2025.

· Indiana sales tax and booth insurance is the responsibility of ALL vendors

· Offensive and/or obscene materials are not welcome to be displayed and/or sold at the festival. These include, but are not limited to: confederate flags, nazi or communist symbols, or pornographic materials. Failure to comply will result in removal from the festival.
