This workshop is a deep dive into tools and practices for aligned living and intentional healing. This discussion will help participants sharpen self-awareness and turn it into a tool for their own personal liberation regardless of the external systems that may feel confining.

Who is this workshop for?

Open to anyone, but the facilitator’s work centers Women of Color and their intersections. Some portions of the workshop will speak specifically to their lived experiences. If you’re open to learning and engaging with this lens, you are welcome.

What if I can’t attend live?

The workshop will be recorded. All registered participants will receive access to the recording, so even if you can’t attend live, you’ll still get all the content.

How long is the workshop?

The session runs 1.5 hours (90 minutes) and includes interactive discussions, guided reflections, and practical exercises for intentional healing and alignment.
