About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Join AJC Detroit for a Model Passover Seder with our diplomatic, interfaith, and community partners. Together, we will celebrate the Jewish holiday of Passover, recounting the timeless story of the Jewish people's journey from slavery to freedom. Led by Rabbi Arnie Sleutelberg, we will engage in ritual, music, food, and conversation, immersing ourselves in this 3,000-year-old tradition. At a time when antisemitism and other forms of bigotry continue to challenge our world, the story of Passover serves as both a reflection of past struggles and a call to action for today.

We invite you to join us in honoring this tradition, fostering understanding, and strengthening our shared commitment to freedom and dignity for all.
