About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Elevate Youth is seeking biking volunteers to help guide and facilitate mountain biking skills for youth. We have a limited number of bikes available, so please select whether you'll need a bike provided or if you can bring your own when signing up. Either way, we’re excited to have you bring your skills and enthusiasm!

Volunteers can plan to meet at the school, and some will assist in unloading bikes at the nearby Rogers Park where we will have our biking session.

Volunteer Arrival: 3:30 PM (We’ll begin biking at ~ 4 PM - please arrive 30 minutes early to meet the kids and help with unloading bikes from the van.)
Volunteer Departure: 5:30 PM

Note: NEMBA volunteers (and others who haven’t volunteered with Elevate Youth yet), please sign up but ensure to follow up via email at sophie@elevateyouth.org. There are a few steps to complete before volunteering with us.

Elevate Youth is on a mission to empower youth outdoors through exposure, mentorship, healthy snacks, and gear. All programs are free to attend.

Please note: Elevate Youth programs are only available to pre-registered groups affiliated with Elevate Youth. We do this to develop long-term mentorships with the same youth cohorts. Adult volunteers can visit our website to fill out an application before registering. For questions or concerns, reach out to sophie@elevate-youth.org.
