No, the $300 deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot and covers administrative costs. The remaining balance follows our refund policy.

Do I need to bring my own camping gear?

Yes, participants should bring their own tent and camping gear. We provide shared bathroom and shower facilities, plus breakfast and dinner.

Is there an age requirement to attend?

Yes, this event is for participants ages 18 to 35. Our goal is to create a community of young creatives to collaborate, connect, and grow together.

What happens during the interview process?

The interview is a casual conversation to learn about your creative passions and ensure the event is a good fit for you. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions before making the $300 deposit.

What is included in the $1,500 fee?

The fee covers your 29-day stay, breakfast and dinner, access to bathroom and shower facilities, guided adventures (waterfalls, Mt. Shasta, lakes, hot springs), and participation in our farewell festival.
