Received from anywhere on the globe, LIVE, which means you can make all of these classes or choose to travel a bit througout the Gulf Region. And ....you can do this entirely virtual if you live in a place that does not have a Yoga Teacher Training of this caliber. And....it will all be recorded and is yours to keep for review when you can not attend or need to remember the course content.

This is a Yoga Teacher Training like no other, with highly versed Faculty with an education to share for people with various abilities and disabilties.

*Highlighting spinal health, hip health, joint health, nervous system health, brain health

*Holistic Lifestyle applications in Ayurveda for varying life cycles & needs with hormonal health, digestive health & sleep health

*Somatic Therapy full body meditations with trauma awareness & support for healing the body

*Beginner’s Yoga: understanding how to intelligently serve new students safely and progressively with props, alignment and the education of safety as a body changes

*Working with chairs, walls, props creatively with alignment and also in flow

Homework: 60 hour estimate

Homework Requirements:

*Two 3 page written reports on any 2 books of interest from the below list

*Audio recordings of leading pranayama, meditations approved

*Hand Written or Typed sequence transcribed class for teaching

beginners, adaptive, restorative, flow based or and slow flow approved

*Teaching an asana class of choice to Swan Michelle in person/ or virtual for approval

*Leading parts of practicums in YTT class

*Final Exam graded & passed

For certification:

Everything must be completed above to receive a certificate. Everything must be paid in full.

If you miss a YTT class, let us know that you have watched the recording. All classes must be attended or watched to graduate.

Tuition:

200 HOUR : $2,999 with required weekly asana classes included

$500 deposit required on Eventbrite and $200 to Venmo, Paypal or Zelle ($700 total deposit ) to initiate your commitment.

OPTION 1

*NOTE, if you choose to pay in full, your will receive $400 off of your entire tuition. Payments are accepted through Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, as well as a CC. If you pay by CC, the 3.8% handling fee will also be charged to your account.

OPTION 2

The AYTT payment plan is: After the initial $700 payment that secures your position, paid by Eventbrite, Zelle, Paypal or Venmo, March- August are the required ongoing payments, paid in in full by August 19. of each of these 6 months $385 is required vis Venmo, Zelle or Paypal. and if paid with a CC, and additional 3.8% will be added.

Payments are required on the 19th of each month to attend the upcomign months lectures.
