Potato Salad
Tender potatoes tossed in a tangy vinaigrette with crisp bacon, onions, and fresh herbs.
Pairing: Bavarian Pils (5.3% ABV)
A clean, crisp golden lager with a snappy hop aroma and velvety malt flavor, made with locally grown barley. Flavors of fresh barley harvest, balanced with a touch of noble hop bitterness.

Wurst Sampler
An assortment of bratwurst, knockwurst, and German sausage, topped with a rich demi-glace and served on a bed of tangy sauerkraut, accompanied by zesty mustard.
Pairing: Kirta Bier (5.8% ABV)
Brewed for Bavaria’s Kirchweih fest, this full-bodied, malty beer has a deep brown color, a smooth, unfiltered finish, and distinct bitterness.

Potato Pancakes

Pairing: Brau Weisse (5.1% ABV)
