Yes ! Chef Billy Trudsoe was on episodes 2101–2105 of season 21 of Hell's Kitchen, which aired in fall 2022. Trudsoe was fired by Gordon Ramsay in episode 2105, "Breakfast 911".

Is there the option to add on a beverage pairing?

Next up in our dinner series at [farmacy] restobar is a collaboration like no other.

Chef Joe Russo will team up with an old friend, Chef Billy Trudsoe. You may recognize Chef B True from Hell's Kitchen with celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsey. Chef Billy is the braun behind B True's Mad Flava & Lizzy Keays Kitchen + Cocktails. The good ole boyz are getting "the band back together" for a fun dinner series starting at [farmacy] restobar.

Tickets will include meet and great with the culinary team, a multi-course meal with optional beverage pairing. Full bar will be available for additional offerings.
