The Miss Blue Revue Program is a comprehensive program for female high school Juniors and Seniors consisting of a Mentorship Program with an ending culminating Presentation. The Miss Blue Revue Program is a platform that allows young ladies to be mentored by like-minded women, focused on enhancing the young ladies’ futures and provide the participants (“Blossoms”) with academic scholarship awards upon successful completion of the program spotlighting their accomplishments. The Miss Blue Revue Scholarship Program is a joint program sponsored in partnership between Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Kappa Zeta Chapter and Stork’s Nest Charity Fund of Dallas (“SNCFD”).

The Blue Revue program was created in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Kappa Zeta Chapter in 1933 by chapter charter member, Dr. Helen Wilson Johnson, and charter member Soror Mildred Davis. They started the first Blue Revue and then introduced the idea at the sorority’s 1933 national convention. The idea was adopted as a national program and implemented by chapters of the sorority across the country.
