Mudras to activate energy and intention

Movement exercises to prepare your body for stillness

Progressive meditation sessions, increasing from 11 to 33 minutes

Satsang discussions on mindfulness, presence, and spiritual growth

Come for one day or immerse yourself in all five—it’s completely free, and all you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore.

At the end of our 5-day journey, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your transformation with my 8-week meditation course,

— a group container where we take a deeper dive into meditation, energy mastery, compassion, intuition, dreams and self-discovery.

We will meet on Zoom with our cameras on and I will share the replays with you if you register.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to meditate?

You do not need to know how to meditate. I will go over Meditation Basics for those who have never meditated or have tried and not been able to meditate or develop a practice. Each day we will meditate longer.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a glass of water or tea and make sure you have a comfortable quiet place to sit.

Will there be a replay?

As long as you Register for each day, I am happy to send you the replay.
